User Agreement for Zencore Solar (A Division of Zencore Global LLC)

Effective Date: April 26, 2025

Welcome to Zencore Solar, a division of Zencore Global LLC (“Zencore Solar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website, services, communications, or interacting with our company in any manner, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zencore Solar’s services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Zencore Solar provides solar panel products, installations, consultation services, and related customer support.
All services are subject to availability, service area limitations, and may be governed by additional service agreements or contracts provided at the point of sale or installation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if any information provided is false, misleading, or violates applicable laws or this User Agreement.

By providing your phone number and/or email address to Zencore Solar, you consent to receive communications from us, including:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Service updates
  • Billing communications
  • Marketing communications (only with your prior consent)

Marketing Texts/Calls:
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Texas Business and Commerce Code, Chapter 305.
You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following opt-out instructions included in our messages.

Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information according to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and other applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations — is the property of Zencore Solar or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Zencore Solar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
  • Our total liability, for any claim related to this agreement or our services, will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Zencore Solar in the prior 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury or certain damages — these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Warranties Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, all services and information are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and the third party.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in law, services, or company policies.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

11. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or our services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
